Michael Sands
President and Managing Director
Leading with passion and authenticity, Mike brings over 20 years of experience driving strategic and transformational change across the capital markets industry. His expertise spans operating model design, digital & data strategy, business process redesign, technology selection & implementation, and innovation integration.
He has led major transformation and AI-strategy initiatives for asset & wealth managers, private markets firms, banks, fund administrators, and asset owners—helping organizations translate innovation into tangible business value across the front, middle, and back offices.
Mike is one of the founders of BeaconAP. Before launching the firm, he served as the Global GenAI Lead for the Capital Markets practice at Accenture, where he spent 10 years. Prior to that, he was with Beacon Consulting Group and Federated Investors.

Frank Strauss
Managing Director
Frank has extensive experience in delivering meaningful change to asset management clients by transforming their back and middle office operations. He specializes in assessing and redefining operating models to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability. Through in-depth technology assessments, Frank helps firms identify and implement cutting-edge solutions that optimize workflows, reduce operational risks, and improve overall performance. His expertise enables asset managers to streamline processes, integrate innovative tools, and stay ahead in an increasingly complex financial landscape.
Frank works closely with asset managers to develop revised operating models that enhance operational capabilities. Dominic Crowe
Managing Director
A seasoned Securities Operations and Asset Servicing Executive with 35+ years of leadership in global financial institutions. Dominic brings deep expertise in fund administration, asset servicing, governance, and fiduciary oversight, having led complex global businesses, strategic initiatives, and regulatory engagements.
As the former Global Head of Fund Services at Citi, Dominic managed operations across 24 global domiciles, servicing mutual funds, private equity, private debt, infrastructure, ETFs, and institutional investors. Prior to that, Dominic held senior leadership roles at BNY Mellon, leading transformational programs, regulatory initiatives, and large-scale M&A integrations—including overseeing custody and valuation services for the U.S. Treasury’s $700B TARP program.
Dominic now offers board directorship and advisory services to asset managers, asset owners, and service providers, helping organizations optimize governance, risk oversight, and operational efficiency.

David Martocci
Managing Director
Dave is a seasoned financial executive with over 35 years of extensive experience across all facets of financial services, including product management, trading, sales, client service, capital optimization, and business development. Broad experience in asset management, financing, real estate investing, financial planning, and venture capital.
As the former Global Head of Securities Finance at Citi, Dave managed over $1.3 billion in global revenue from securities lending activities, successfully cultivating and retaining a premier client base that included some of the largest Sovereign Wealth Funds, Public Pension Funds, and Asset Managers.
Prior to his role at Citi, Dave established three startup securities lending programs and was a key member of the team that created the largest third-party lending/non-custody lending program at Dresdner Bank. -

Jim Keenan
Managing Director
Jim is a senior financial-services executive with over three decades of experience driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. He has a strong track record across securities services and financial operations, known for winning major mandates, managing complex institutions, and guiding organizations through transformative change.
His expertise includes business development, sales strategy, client relationship management, and operational leadership. Jim has secured multimillion-dollar mandates— including securities-lending programs with more than $1.75 trillion in lendable assets and custody/fund-administration relationships exceeding $1 trillion in AUC. He has also led a 350-person custody and fund-accounting team consistently recognized for accuracy, productivity, audit performance, and client satisfaction.
Jim is also an active contributor to industry associations and charitable initiatives, earning recognition for his leadership and service to the financial-services community.

Bob is the founder and CEO of OnCorps. OnCorps AI provides advanced AI solutions to the financial services industry where their systems have substantially reduced manual work, errors, and risk.
